Good service food was hot and fresh. Nothing fancy great breakfast. Chicken fried steak was delicious as well as Belgian waffles.
Old timers local joint were all sitting at the very long bar. Servers were welcoming, happy servers and eager to please. Coffee was strong and good for an early morning. Eggs,veggie omelette and Home fries,raisin toast and biscuit with extra butter. were all cooked the way we liked everything. Loved all the pictures of the past on the walls.
Food is good and service is great and very friendly. Very down to earth! Reminds me of an old time diner! Wood and a bit old time!
A reliable high-quality Greek diner-style breakfast and lunch restaurant. (It's pronounced Pope-ie's). On my first visit in midmorning it was easy to get a booth. I ordered coffee, orange juice, home fries, wheat toast, and a spinach and feta omelet. The omelet was quite good, reminding me of similar diner-style breakfasts. The toast, coffee, and orange juice were also good. I thought the home fries tasted a little too much like oil. I added some Crystal Hot Sauce and they were quite good. (They also have Chililu and Tabasco hot sauces.) Debi, my server, was very attentive and friendly and gave me a little history. She's been working at this location for nine years. (There used to be eight family-owned locations; there are four now.) She described the clientele as mostly local regulars. (I could see myself becoming a regular. There's a lot of variety on the menu to try on future visits.) One small annoyance was that the wifi wasn't working and my cell signal was terrible. Debi said they can't allow customers to use the wifi because it messes up their POS computer. (Someone needs better tech support!) The total bill with tip was $25. I'll certainly be back!
I have been here several times over the last 10 years, never had a bad experience, never had lunch either, always breakfast, what a crew all very nice, love this place, but coffee is a little weak, it's OK just weak
